We are especially good at weaving fabric in particular density and thickness.
The main industrial weave fabric we made, include monofilament, multi-filament, staple fiber, which are made from PET, PP, PV, PA, PVA and fiberglass etc.
Application:
Mainly used in municipal and Industrial Waste Treatment, chemical industries, Petrochemicals, Mining, Pharmaceuticals, Food and Beverage Processing, belt press, water purification, brewage, etc.
Materials selecting
Yanpai use 100% virgin fiber and yarns as our raw material. We never use any recycled materials.

Fabrication
Our highly trained 700 workers use advanced heavy looms from Germany and those best yarn materials to weave over a million lineal meters of fabric per month. Yanpai has over 2500 standard products. They exceed industry standards in most countries for food, chemical, mining, pharmaceutical, automotive, and electronic industries. Yanpai carries "Three One" (One team, one loom, one item) Product Policy, which ensures consistency in meeting precision standards.
Sewing department
With your provided drawings of specified items, Yanpai uses laser cutting machines to slit the fabric into accurate dimension. The sewing workers are of lots experience and skills, they worked for Yanpai more than 20 years.
QC testing and inner labs
Yanpai QC department, inner testing centers and labs constantly check fabric quality before ship them out.
Yanpai laboratories also allow us to engineer and produce perfect high quality technical filtration fabrics with a given application/sample fabric.
Packaging and storage
All cargos are sea-worthy packed, which can stand long-distance and poor-condition shipment.
Cartons and pallets are also available if requested.
all warehouse materials are well placed and in good order.
Delivery
Yanpai has our long cooperated forwarders. They can handle the deliveries and ship cargos safely to you.
You can also tell us your nominated forwarder.
The default departure port in China is Ningbo Sea/Air port. Let us know if you have any preference.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral boxes. If you have legally registered patent,
we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends
on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
